I think I’m done with Nelson Airport and I’ll post it up for anyone that wants to give it a go. (Don’t expect payware quality though).

I quite like flying around Tasman, so I put together a new NZTK Takaka in WED.

Here’s a look at flying in from Nelson at some of the Tasman scenery. (nothing here really new if you already have the older ortho I think).

One of the short comings I’ve mentioned before is that 3D grass is not possible with default scenery, and it should really be auto-generated, so I’ve gone a lot more aggressive with shrubs to try to add a bit more 3D detail to what would be flat ground with a bump map.

I also can’t put in a simple farmers wire fence / electric fence, so it’s always a choice of picking some residential wire mesh fence.
