Spent a lot of time adding in harbours around the North Island. Here are some peaks at the results:

I’ll try and remember all the places, but excuse my lack of geography:

Waiheke island got redone, which seemed like a good idea, but actually didn’t really change at all:

Adding a lot of water ortho around the Bay of Islands and Northland:

A few popular boatie spots results in a lot of 2D boats being drawn on the Ortho, so I’ve edited the imagery to remove them:

Compare the above to the screen shot further up. It looks quite weird with a 2D ferry transit frozen in time.

The south end of Kaipara isn’t great, so I may do some photo editing there and include the water, or just exclude it. Right now its excluded, but after editing some imagery, I think I can take this on.

I’ve processed the whole South Island now with water masks included for the Dunedin harbour.

Now I’ll have to look at how much more I take on.
