I’m not much of a screenshot taker, but I snapped some shots scrolling around New Zealand using my current state of the ortho-photography.
I’ve not really noticed any issues with the water, but maybe I’m not missing something.
There are definitely some problems with where rivers join the sea, or some issues in fairly obscure places. The top of the far north also gets pretty bad, but I’ll discuss that another time.
Here’s some random snaps mostly in the South Island:
I have a big mesh problem near Milford Sound where it may have too many triangles and the shadows on the sounds cliff walls goes crazy. But I’ve yet to get Ortho4XP going to be able to fix the mesh.

Last night I installed the Orbx Global Forests v2 – and the results are great from what I’ve seen, but I’ve been focusing on finishing the NZNS Nelson default scenery.

Really good articles – I am using your NZ UHD SCENERY but am having problem with Milford Runway NOT FLAT and TREES on Approach at the Western End (at the Sound) right at the end of Runway.
Your scenery is fantastic to use – thank you.
What additions should’ve have installed for X- -PLANE v11. to sort these issues and perhaps add Buildings.
I can’t use XP12 as I’m using a FLYPFC C2 Professional Console which is SERIAL INTERFACED.

It sounds like the overlay is giving you issues. Instead of using the folder yOrtho4XP_Overlays you could download and install this: https://simheaven.com/xp11-sceneries/
That will replace where trees are, but I get strange banding through NZ. Another option is to buy and using Global Forests from Orbx and remove the trees folder from simulated heaven.
The runway could be an issue with the mesh. I’ll see if I have that issue too.
