The Waitakere Ranges is one area omitted from the new imagery, and it’s right in the flight path of Auckland Intl. So I don’t want this nasty little seam here:

Combining the sets and blending them together is a simple method to make this look more natural.

Here’s the result:

The colour change is still there, but it just looks like the natural colour of the forest versus the less dense surroundings.
